LOS ANGELES - Bill Cosby finally broke his silence, but didn't have much to say, regarding sexual assault allegations, in an interview with "Good Morning America" on Friday.
"I have been in this business over 52 years and I have never seen anything like this," he said. "Reality is the situation. And I can't speak."
The comedian made an appeared on the show to promote the Black Belt Community Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to improve education for children in high-poverty counties near Selma, Ala.
When asked what he would tell those kids if they ask him about the accusations, Cosby dodged the question.
"I'm not sure that they will come like that," Cosby said. "I think that many of them will say, 'Well you're a hypocrite, you say one thing, you say the other. My point is, listen to me carefully, I'm telling you where the road is at."
When questioned about his future, the "Cosby Show" star said, "I really know about what I'm going to do tomorrow. I have a ton of ideas to put on television about people and their love for each other."
The rest of the interview will air on "Nightline" Friday at 9:35 p.m. PST.
