Bradford – South Simcoe Police are reviewing surveillance video and asking for the assistance of the public after a local drug store was robbed on Sunday morning.

On Oct. 16, around 11:35 a.m., a man entered the Bradford Drug Mart at 54 Holland St. W. and demanded narcotics from the pharmacist. The suspect jumped over the pharmacy counter and filled a grocery bag with drugs taken from the open store safe. He then smashed the store phone before walking out of the building.

The suspect is described as male, with an average build, about 5’8” (173 cm) with tanned skin, wearing a black hoodie and black mask. He was wearing a beige Toronto Maple Leafs cap and black gloves, and was last seen behind the building. As he was leaving the pharmacy, he brushed past two customers who were entering the store.
