For a broker of record like Vivian Risi and sales reps like Tracey Harrington and Kathy Kirschner, it’s more than a slogan.

“You have to give back,” Harrington says. “The community does so much for us, you have to give back.”

Royal LePage will be giving back this October, with a Masquerade Gala at The Club at Bond Head – a fundraiser for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and Yellow Brick House shelter for abused women and their children. The Foundation focuses on enabling women and children to live safe, healthy lives, reaching their full potential unhindered by violence - and is committed to raising funds for a second shelter in York Region. Risi has vowed to raise $4 million for the capital campaign.

Tickets are $80 per person, two for $150, for a Gala evening on Friday, October 23 that will include a Reception and gourmet dinner, with a still-to-be-named celebrity host.

To promote the fundraiser, Kirschner is facing her fear of heights , and taking the plunge - by skydiving at the Parachute School of Toronto, in Baldwin, on October 15.
