Win the Chance to Become Bradford's Next Star

Bradford, West Yorkshire – The Yorkshire Academy of Film and Television Acting (YAFTA) launched their unique screen acting classes last week in Bradford. The academy whose sister Agency YAFTA Talent Agency supports local actors from Bradford based Mind The Gap Theatre Company were thrilled with the positive response from the Bradford community.

Appropriate for those of all levels, from complete beginners to professional working actors, the new school which specializes in screen acting and is supported by well-known actors such as Ian Puleston- Davies (Coronation Street) and George Newton (This is England/Dead Man's Shoes), is offering the chance for a lucky winner to attend a term of classes for free. To enter, simply e-mail us with your name, age and the reason why you think you should win. Winners will be announced on the 1st March 2015.

“There is a lot of talent in Bradford” said Charlotte Armitage, who runs the YAFTA agency “We are very eager to see who will be next to follow in the footsteps of Natalie Anderson, Jennifer Metcalfe and Peter Firth to become the next star to emerge from the city and we are thrilled to be able to give opportunities to talented people who may not have been spotted otherwise.”
